EOS Modus · About

Built By People Who Have Been On Your Side Of The Table

EOS Modus comes out of nineteen years of offshore wind OT and SCADA delivery, not out of a cyber security vendor's product roadmap. That difference shows up in almost every design decision.

Why This Exists

The Same Problem, On Every Project

ODiGE, Offshore Digital Engineering Limited, has delivered OT and SCADA work across UK and European offshore wind since 2013, for operators, developers and their contractors. Across those projects one pattern repeated often enough to become a product idea.

An operator would commission a cyber assessment. Six weeks of interviews and document review would produce a report, a spreadsheet and a set of recommendations. Eleven months later, facing the next audit, most of that work would be repeated, because the estate had moved, the spreadsheet had gone stale, and the person who understood it had changed roles.

The underlying issue was never a shortage of expertise or effort. It was that the output of the work was a document rather than a maintained data set. EOS Modus is the attempt to fix that properly, by putting the asset register at the centre and treating compliance as a view over live data rather than a periodic reconstruction.

Who Builds It

ODiGE, And The EOS Platform Team

EOS Modus is developed by ODiGE, founded and directed by Carl Ketteringham. Carl's background runs from seismic survey systems into offshore wind OT and SCADA delivery, covering IEC 62443 zone and conduit architecture, Purdue-aligned IT/OT boundary design, NCSC CAF, the UK NIS Regulations, NIS2, the OFTO regime, and HVAC and HVDC transmission systems.

Project experience includes East Anglia One, Ecowende, Green Volt, Mayflower Wind and Formosa 2, with client-side work for operators and developers across the UK, Netherlands, Germany and Taiwan. The platform itself is built alongside a small technical team that also develops the wider EOS Omnia product family. Carl, add team bios and confirm which clients can be named publicly

How We Work

No Resale, No Panels, No Permanent Retainer

ODiGE does not resell security products and takes no vendor commission, which means advice about what to buy is not advice about what we make margin on. If the right answer is that you need less tooling rather than more, we will say so.

The same principle applies to EOS Modus. The data is yours and exportable, the system is designed to be run by your team, and support is optional rather than a condition of the licence. We would rather be re-engaged because the work was good than because leaving is difficult.

What that rules out
  • Product resale and vendor referral fees
  • Mandatory managed service attached to the licence
  • Data held hostage at contract end
  • Assessment scores that only we can reproduce
  • Findings written to justify further consultancy
  • Lock-in on your own asset register

Where Modus Sits

Five products, one platform lineage. Omnia is the sector intelligence layer, Modus is governance and compliance, Sentis is monitoring.

Tell Us Where It Falls Short

EOS Modus is being shaped with operators while it is still cheap to change. If you have run an OT compliance programme and know exactly which part of this would break in practice, that is the conversation we want.
